1. Order Processing & Shipping Origins

  • Orders are processed within 1-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • We ship from:
    • Hong Kong Warehouse (International orders via YunExpress)
    • Mainland China Warehouse (Faster delivery for select regions)

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (No Tracking)

  • Carrier: YunExpress (USPS last-mile delivery)
  • Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (after dispatch)
  • Features:
    • Fixed shipping cost included in product price
    • Delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service)
    • No tracking number provided

Premium Shipping (With Tracking)

  • Carriers: YunExpress (FedEx/DHL last-mile delivery)
  • Delivery Time: 5–15 business days (after dispatch)
  • Features:
    • Fixed shipping cost included in product price
    • Real-time tracking provided
    • FedEx/DHL handles final delivery

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and subject to customs delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • All products include fixed shipping costs (no separate calculations).
  • Final shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
  • Heavy/large items may have higher base prices to account for shipping.

4. Address & Customs Requirements

  • Double-check your shipping address! We cannot reship orders returned for:
    • Incorrect/incomplete addresses
    • Recipient unavailability
  • Customs delays may require additional documentation.

5. Delivery Issues & Refunds

  • Lost Packages: Claim a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive within 6 weeks of dispatch.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

6. Important Notes

  • After the goods are shipped, you will receive an email from support@itoycollection.com. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact support@itoycollection.com with your order number.
  • USPS/FedEx may leave a notice card if delivery is attempted when you’re unavailable.
  • No guaranteed delivery dates (customs/carrier variability).
  • YunExpress handles all international logistics with USPS/FedEx as final carriers.
